About MCA Houston

The Mechanical Contractors Association of Houston was chartered in 1950 to promote the mechanical contracting industry, and to foster the exchange of ideas, technical data, and business information between its members.

MCA of Houston provides an organized and efficient means to represent its members in communicating with other contractor associations and awarding authorities, as well as local, state and federal elected officials and regulatory agencies. We are also the leading voice of the industry in negotiations and ongoing relations with the plumbers and pipe fitters unions.

The Association offers monthly lunch meetings with mechanical contractor firms, discussing industry activity, problems and solutions. We meet at the Houston Engineering and Scientific Society (HESS), 5430 Westheimer, at noon, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, to network and talk about issues and business. We also host a periodic meeting with our Associate members and other guests to consider issues and topics relevant to the Houston mechanical contracting industry.
